What is the best way to store my Jewellery?

Make sure you store your jewellery in a jewellery box or in the packaging it came in. Make sure to keep it out of sunlight and to keep it dry as this can lead to tarnishing. Some of our items are delicate to make sure to treat them gently to avoid any scratches or damage.

What is the best way to clean my Jewellery?

Make sure to always use a soft microfiber cloth to avoid scratching or damaging your Jewellery. Pearls, crystals & semi precious stones are very delicate and should also only be cleaned with a soft cloth (no cleaning products or chemicals). Also avoid any contact with hairspray, makeup, moisturizers and perfumes as these products will damage the delicate surface of your Jewellery and could also affect its shine.

My address details are old, can you redirect my order?

Your order will be shipped to the address as provided on your Etsy account. Please make sure these details are correct before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for orders being sent to an incorrect (old) address, this is the buyers responsibility.

Can I upgrade to priority shipping?

Yes orders can be upgraded upon request (this will incur an additional cost for shipping upgrade) or select the available priority shipping option for international orders or next day delivery for UK orders. Priority shipping can also be tracked online. Please contact us for cost details.

How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

Unfortunately standard airmail delivery/first class delivery does not include a tracking number.

I received a product and it is damaged, what do I do now?

If on the rare occasion this happens please do not open or use the products. Email us ASAP with an image of the damaged item to arrange a replacement of the product or a refund for the damaged item.

Do you offer a click and collect option

At this time, we do not offer a click and collect option.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail delivery.

Can I add to my order after it's been placed?
