Almost everything we sell cannot be washed and should never touch water. Refer to each listing for cleaning instructions. The dying process of most of the fabrics we work with isn't permanent and very easily bleeds.
Oftentimes, the silk reacts very negatively with water (permanent shrinking, permanent staining, bleeding), so it's very important to not wear these clothes when it's raining or snowing and to be cautious when eating or drinking.

We are seeing large delays on most packages sent via airmail, so Yamato Transport/UPS will be faster for everyone. When Yamato Transport/UPS is the same price, we will ship through them instead.

European countries will likely charge higher import duties on Yamato/UPS shipments. Please confirm that you'd like to use Japan Air instead of Yamato/UPS if you'd like to save more money.

Japan Post has opened up airmail to many European countries, but we are listing all as having a ~2-month delivery estimate unless if we see multiple packages delivered in a timely manner. It takes 1-2 months for airmail packages to arrive in most countries.

All purchases will use Japan Post Airmail if that's available, but will default to being sent via cargo ship if it isn't.

There are only a few countries (Netherlands) where packages are delivered in a timely manner by Japan Post.

U.S. orders of products in Japan will ship together to Minnesota, then will go to each individual customer after arriving.

Expedited shipping and tracking is unavailable for Canada.

We are moving a lot of our products to the U.S. in order to fulfill orders domestically.

These will ship out in 1-3 business days and will arrive within a week after shipment through the USPS.

Orders of products in Japan will be sent along with other products via express shipping to the U.S., then will be sent to each customer through the USPS.
