Okay, you can relax. I don't bite. But I do knit and crochet and sew and tinker with things until they become other things, and, when I like those things, I sell them here.

I like to use a variety of materials, not all of which fall into the categories of recycled or organic, but we definitely understand the importance of those materials so when we can utilize them we do. We also like to "upcycle" or reuse existing materials. Any and all details regarding materials used will appear in the item's description.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
I don't really expect this will ever happen, but if for some crazy, out-of-this-world, lunatic reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately and I will arrange for the return of said purchase. You will be refunded the full amount of the purchase sans the shipping fee.
Sure, things may be relaxed around here, but seriously, I take shopping very seriously.

Payment is due at the time you place your order. If you cannot make payment at the time you place your order, I'm afraid, it will have to be canceled—unless.... You send me a convo stating your wish to reserve a certain item(s). In that case, I will create a custom listing for you containing your reserved item(s), but, keep in mind, I can only hold this custom listing for three (3) days.
I've moved! Hanasaurusrex is now located in Austin, Texas. It was a sad day to say Aloha to Hawaii and California, but I am excited to be back on the mainland. And now that I am on the mainland again, my shipping policies are a lot more straight forward.

For shipping within the continental US, I ship through the USPS.

We do ship internationally. But any and all customs fees or taxes must be paid by the purchaser. Also, we are not responsible for any customs delays or lost packages.

If you would like a package insured for domestic or international shipping, please convo us and we will let you know of additional costs.

The buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs

Right now, I try to make it to the post office as soon as I complete an order. When and if that changes, I will put the new schedule here.

I am totally down to chat about custom order requests. However, I cannot promise I will be able to or will want to make whatever it is you might request.

The two main reasons why I would turn down a custom order request would be...
a.) if I do not feel I can uphold my company's high standard of design and craftsmanship, and/or...
b.) if I feel that the request is not within the company's best interest in maintaining the brand's integrity or direction.
