This Privacy Policy describes in detail how and when I collect, use and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or in general use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third-party services you access through Etsy.

Personal Information I Collect
In order to fulfill an order there is information you must provide to me (By ordering from any shop you have authorized Etsy to provide said shop with this information), such as name, email address, payment information, postal address, as well as the details of the product your ordering. You may also provide me with additional personal information (for custom orders of jewelry), if you contact me directly.
In order to provide a positive experience with my shop I need to collect, use and only when legally obligated share your personal information. Examples of this include (1) fulfilling an order, (2) settling a dispute or handling a return, (3) legal claims, (4) tax laws, (5) ideas to provide more products and, (6) compliance with Etsy Seller Policy Terms and Use.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances.
Examples include: (1)Etsy - I share information with Etsy only as necessary to provide my services and to comply with my obligations under both Etsy Terms of Use and Etsy Seller Policy. (2) Service Provider - In order to provide my services, I engage with certain trusted third parties to perform functions and services for my shop, such as delivery companies. I share only the information necessary to perform these services. (3) Compliance with Laws - I may collect, use retain and share your information if I believe that it is reasonably necessary to respond to legal process or to government requests, enforce my agreements, terms and policies, prevent, investigate and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues, to protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers and others.
How Long I Store Your Information
I retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I may keep your data for 7 years.
Transferring of Personal Information Outside the EU
As I am a US seller if you purchase from different territories other then the US your information, in order to complete a purchase request or even if you contact me directly, will be transferred outside the EU via Etsy. I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on the Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer.
Your Rights
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. (1) Access – You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below. (2) Change, restrict, delete – You may also have rights to change, restrict, my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent of exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request. (3) Object – You can object to (a) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests (b) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is need for legal reasons. (4) Complain – If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have) you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
