After 20 years of management in the private sector, I thought it was time to do something for myself and wanted to take up a hobby. While my aim was just to have something I would enjoy doing in my spare time, I saw that I enjoyed preparing the drafts of the things I thought of, creating them as products and bringing them to life.

First, I started by making the accessories I needed for my home, then I gifted the products I made to my relatives, but of course this was up to a point 🙂 I still wanted to continue and produce.

Then I said; I should deliver the products I make to a wider audience, this will really make me happy.

Thus began the story of Handcraft Projects coming to life.

My journey that I started with Jute (Wipe Rope) now continues with ceramics. As a result of my 4-year training, I received my certificate and continue to produce in ceramic art as a Ceramic Master Instructor.

Just as we are tired of noise and crowded cities, we are also tired of manufacturing the same things and using these products. Using original and soulful accessories is one of the most important elements that will make us happy in our living spaces.

For example, why does reading the books we buy from the second-hand bookstore excite us more because the book we buy has a story, in other words, a lived experience, the same applies to products produced by hand, each product has its own story. The craftsman adds soul to the product with his touches and everything with soul is good for people.

When labor and love come together, I think it is inevitable for beautiful things to come out!

Finally, I would like to say this with all my sincerity;

I prepare all of my products with care as if I were going to use them myself because I want my products, which I really put effort into, made with love and happiness, to make those people happy when they reach their new owners.
