Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within one week of shipped date. Please contact me before returning the item. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Delivery
I'm posting from Latvia by Latvian Post international airmail. It includes tracking number.
Shipping may take normally 1 week to Europe (max. 2 weeks), normally 2 weeks to overseas countries (max. 4 weeks). It may be more during the Holiday season. I can not be responsible for delays.
Unless you contact me with other instruction, I only ship to your Etsy address, not your PayPal address if it's different from your Etsy address. So please make sure your Etsy address is correct.
