Unique Fabric, Functional Designs
About 6 years ago, I was asked to make costumes for my son's fifth grade play, my love of fabric and sewing was reignited. I could not believe the fabric choices available, and I just knew I had to have them all - or at least many of them.
But, how to justify my fabric acquisitions? Then I discovered Etsy. I could buy fabric, sew and sell!!
My daughter helped me to get started, she is the H of H & J Star Creations - not a well thought out name, but I never realized how much a piece of my life this would become, and because of the connection to her, I am reluctant now to change it!
And so now my house is filled with fabric, pouches and tote bags, etc. and my mind is filled with all the things I want to make... it has been wonderful!
