TURN-AROUND TIME:
Most items are 3-5 business days! Usually no longer than 1-2 weeks for anything
I always strive to ship as quickly as possible.

CANCELLATIONS:
Because I work very hard to ship your order out so quickly, cancellations have to be made within 1hr of purchase. If I have already sent design examples, there are no cancellations. If we agree to cancel after designs are sent, there will be a percentage that I will not refund depending on the work/time I spent on your order before cancelling.

SHIPPING:
I ship quickly! I ship most orders out by Wednesday of each week.

First Class Shipping includes : Tracking only! It does NOT include Insurance. Once It leaves my hands, I have no control of your package. I will NOT be reliable for lost packages! If you want insurance, it is more cost effective to use Priority Mail. Tracking & Insurance (up to $50) is included with Priority Shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:I will be glad to ship international. Message me before you order-Shipping is more expensive & certain forms have to be sent. I will NOT be responsible for Custom Fees.
