Returns and exchanges
Requests for refunds will be considered on an individual, situation-by-situation basis.
Please, contact me within 3 days of receiving the item. Item must be returned within 7 days in original condition. There are no refunds for shipping costs and you are responsible for return shipping.

Payment can be made through Paypal or Direct Checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

You can pay with e-check or credit card through paypal and credit card through direct checkout.

Please be aware your item will not ship until the e-check clears, usually 3-4 days.
Shipping
All purchases are shipped by United States mail. Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping price. You will receive a notice of shipment from paypal.

I try to ship within 24 hours of payment unless it is a weekend or holiday.

Insurance is usually optional unless an item is very fragile.

I do ship outside of the United States when requested. The customer is responsible for all customs, taxes, fees and other costs assessed by their individual country. I will fill out all customs forms correctly and honestly. Please do not ask me to do otherwise.
