Welcome! I'm glad you stopped by to browse my shop. I hope you'll stay a while. :)

I've always been an artistic person with a rather untapped ability and an overwhelming desire to be in business for myself. Shortly after I got married, I found that my hopes of entrepreneurship were well within grasp. With a little hard work and adorable needle felted creations, I could build something wonderful that I could be proud of and bring joy to people.

A typical day for me involves a lot of photographing, needle felting and organizing my craft room. I'm constantly 'at work' doing something to better my brand, whether it's blogging, sketching new designs or ordering more wool. I love what I do and I love what I create. If it makes you smile, then I'm doing well. I hope to be doing this for as long as I can.

Welcome to my shop where I sell adorable needle felted animals, gifts and home decor. I take great pride in my designs and my shop. I am a considerate and understanding seller and it is very important to me that my buyers are genuinely pleased and that they enjoy their purchases. I would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about my products or my policies.

The products I sell are all handmade. Each of my designs take time and a skilled hand to create and perfect. Every item is made to order unless otherwise stated in the item's description. I always hope to make something memorable, sentimental and truly unique. These items can become anything you want them to be: gifts, decor, ornaments, toys and much more.

I am always willing to work with custom requests or slightly customizing my current designs. Send me your ideas and we'll discuss details. :)

I accept payments through Paypal or Etsy's direct checkout. If you pay with a Paypal eCheck, your order will be made and shipped AFTER the payment has cleared (3-5 days).

My shipping days are Monday - Friday. All orders are carefully packaged in a bubble mailer or small box and shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery confirmation is included on all US orders and a tracking number is sent with shipping notification by email.

All orders are automatically shipped to your ETSY address. No refunds, returns, exchanges or redo orders will be accepted if an order is shipped to an incorrect address. Buyers are responsible for having their accurate address listed at all times.

I do my best to ship all orders within two weeks of purchasing. But please allow a flexible time frame past that estimate for arrival. My workload can be quite heavy at times. Each item can take several hours/days to complete so shipping dates can vary according to my current work load.

I happily accommodate rush orders. If you need your order sooner than the expected shipping date, please message me to confirm if an order can be shipped by the date needed.

Orders shipped during the holiday season (November - December) may take longer to arrive due to the extraordinarily high amount of mail circulating across the country. I suggest placing orders at least one month in advance during these months as a precaution.

My shipping rates include postage, mailers, packaging materials and the cost of business essentials and supplies. All rates are fairly calculated and are non-negotiable.

Upgrades in shipping and insurance are available upon request of the buyer.

Buyers are responsible for any and all fees and customs charges that are associated with their country's laws and regulations. Orders are shipped via First Class International and WITHOUT tracking (except Canada). Since packages may take some time to go through customs, please allow up to thirty days for orders to arrive.
Refunds and Exchanges
A buyer's happiness is the most important part of my business. It's why I'm here! Please email me BEFORE leaving negative feedback. If there is a problem, please let me know and I will do all I can to make things right. Trust me, I appreciate good customer service, too.

Refunds and returns are available only before an order is shipped or after an order has been returned in original condition. Either must be requested within seven days of purchasing/receiving an item. Buyer pays for any and all return postage.

Shipping costs will NOT be refunded after I have shipped an order for ANY reason.

Refunds, returns and exchanges are not available on custom orders, clearance items and mystery listings.

Refunds or returns are not available for wedding related items.

Exchanges are permitted on case by case basis and must be approved. The request must be reasonable and buyer pays for any and all return postage both ways.

Please be aware that once a package leaves my hands, it is the responsibility of the postal service to get it to your doorstep. I understand that sometimes packages get lost. I ship every order with a tracking number to try to prevent this.

If for some reason your order never arrives and the tracking information shows it hasn't made it to you, I will wait fourteen days (US orders) or sixty days (international orders) before remaking an order or issuing a refund. Sometimes a package gets held up before reaching it's destination.

If an item arrives damaged, I will require photo documentation of the damages before making any decisions. I would be happy to remake and resend an order or issue a refund in this case.

Damage means broken or unusable. Since my creations are made of wool, this only applies to any listings that contain glass or breakable materials. I do NOT replace felted creations that are damaged or become frayed by misuse.

A coupon code that is used in my shop must be used DURING checkout, not after. I do not refund discount values after an order has been placed for any reason. It is the responsibility of the buyer to apply the code to the checkout value before the order is completed.

I am not obligated to give a discount to a buyer who does not follow instructions on how to acquire a coupon code off-site.

All buyer claims and concerns are taken seriously. I do my best to run this business as smoothly as possible but I do make mistakes. Please understand that I am one person doing it all and will help in any way I can.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders are always welcome! My items are not limited what I have listed. I will be happy to work with you in order to create what you have in mind. If you don't see what you are looking for, chances are I haven't made it yet. So let me know and I'll get started on it.

I do not make items that are copyrighted or a trademark design that belongs to someone else. I do not make characters from cartoons, games, TV shows or movies. I also do not make creations that depict or infer anything hateful, violent, prejudiced or unjust. A custom design must mesh well with my style.

Almost all orders are shipped in a simple bubble envelope unless a larger order needs a small box. I use recycled packaging whenever possible from envelopes, paper, etc. If your order arrives in a distressed looking box or envelope, please understand that I am helping the planet. Every item is still packaged securely inside the mailer, regardless.

Since "Woolies" are made of wool, they can become frayed or fuzzy over time. Being brushed against rough surfaces or even fabric can cause this to happen. They can also easily snag on sharp edges. I find it's easiest to trim the stray fibers with thread snippers or small scissors. It can give woolies new life in no time. All orders are shipped with Wooly Care cards.

My personally designed made to order products are protected under my copyright. They are NOT to be reproduced or copied to be sold. My products are also NOT to be resold anywhere for any reason. They are for personal enjoyment only. A wholesale agreement must be made in order to sell the products I have here in my shop.

I am more than happy to discuss wholesale prices upon request. Prices for items will vary according to the time required to create them and how many are being ordered. Anyone purchasing my products wholesale agrees to the terms of my wholesale policy. Absolutely no item purchased from me is to be sold under a different name or without my Etsy shop information attached. All products will arrive clearly tagged with my name and Etsy shop information which is not to be removed.

Feel free to feature my designs or my shop in any pleasant manner. I do not require permission to use my photos as long as they are credited to my name and that my shop address is available to all readers/viewers.
