Creating beauty.........

I remember myself as a child sitting on the ground in a circle of similar age girls and making clothes for our dolls. There was never enough time and never enough fabric for that......

By a happy accident my life creative journey brought me to jewellery and accessories making and that is where I'm still now.

I get my ideas from everything around me and everywhere I go. Once have started from a basic designing idea, as I'm moving along working on a project, more and more ideas may pop out and , very often, the end result may have nothing to do with the starting idea. Sometimes, I feel that my designs don't come from me, but rather come through me - that how easy, step by step, a whole piece comes together.

I hope my customers enjoy wearing my jewellery as much as I enjoy making it.

Hello and welcome in my shop of unique handmade jewellery. I design and make my pices entirely myself using high quality glass, ceramic and handmade lampwork beads as well as professional quality findings (made in USA).

Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact me within 14 working days of receiving your package. As your satisfaction is of the paramount to me, I would like to know if there was any problem with the item you had purchased. I will refund your money ( but not shipping charges, sorry ) once I have received the returned item in the unused, original state and packaging.
Payment
I accept payments made through PayPal only for international orders. You can also pay by a credit card through PayPal ( no need to have a PayPal account for this option). Here is how to do it - https://www.etsy.com/uk/help/article/361 . Payments must be made at the time of purchase, please. If you need more time, please, let me know.

For my local, UK customers, payments could be made by checks as well. If you prefer this kind of payment, please contact me for details. Please, keep in mind, that it takes some time for a check to reach me and clear into my account.

Before cancelling a transaction, I will contact you first to let you know about my intentions.

Please, check first that you have placed everything you wanted to buy in your order, before you press "Buy it now" button. Once you have committed to buy, even if you haven't paid for the order yet, your order is complete and closed to adding any more items.

Orders are usually processed and shipped promptly within 1-2 working days, every day from Monday to Friday (most of the orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving them, except weekends and public holidays).Orders received on Friday and throughout the weekend are processed and dispatched on Monday and Tuesdays in the order as they received. .........................................................................................................................................

I use economy Royal Mail delivery services for all my orders including international. Over years these services have proved to be reliable (with only occasional delays)as well as affordable. There is NO TRACKING facility , though, offered by these services. If you would like TRACKING to be provided for your order, please, upgrade the shipment to "AirSure". This service will cost you an additional £5.15/ $8.15 and to get it , please, contact me before you make an order. .......................................................................................................................................
*** Within the UK your items will be sent by "1st "Standard" or 2nd class "Sign For" delivery.

***To any European country the items will be sent by International Airmail Royal Mail Postal Services.The delivery aim is 3-5 working days but could take up to 2 weeks, or, some European destinations, even longer than stated....................................................

*** To USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries outside Europe, your items will be sent by International Airmail service . There is no tracking offered by this service. The delivery time aim is 5 working days. However, a real average delivery time ( according to my 3-year experience of mailing post to USA destinations) is 10 days, and sometimes could take up to 6 weeks. .....................................................................................................................

Although Royal Mail is the service we could rely on, delays and post-go-missing occasionally happen and ,usually, we haven't got an explanation for it other than busy times as Christmas or Easter; customs alerts, increased security and checks; bad weather conditions; Postal Services strike.

Domestic mail will be considered missing if it's been 15 working days (3 weeks) since its dispatch. So will be International mail if it's been 25 working days (5 weeks) since dispatch. Please note, unless the stated time has elapsed, I can NOT submit a missing mail claim.

If you are facing a problem of lost mail, please, contact me and I will file a "Lost Mail" claim in on your behalf. After the claim has been processed ( which may take up to 12 weeks), I will offer you a refund or replacement.

If you would like to get a shipment upgrade with a tracking provided, which is additional £5.15 / $8.20 , please contact me and I will send you a separate PayPal invoice. This postal service is expensive and you will be charged an exact fee according to the size of your order or less - the price I paid for posting will be displayed on the envelope.
