Returns and exchanges
Refund and replacement are guaranteed if you are not satisfied with our products, we will give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition. Please cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. Please contact us first prior to returning your order as we might be able to help.

Please Note: When sending a return, postage and packaging cost are your responsibility. Therefore please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your local Post Office which is free. If you are in the European Union and you cancel your entire order within 14 days after the day you receive it, we will refund the postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any).

If you asked us to send express delivery and paid for it, we will only refund the cost of the default standard delivery postage and packaging cost.

We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the 14 days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order.
Shipping
We will normally send your order within 2 working days via Royal Mail after receiving cleared payment.

Majority of parcels will be delivered in time, but occasionally there are some delay for some reason, which is postal service's responsibility and beyond our control. Please check if the postal service has left you any cards or notes stating that they have tried deliver your parcel while you are out. If you do find one of these cards, please follow the instructions on the card to arrange another delivery. If no card has been left, please contact your local mail sorting office or local postal service to see if they have any information for your package.

According to Royal Mail's policy, the items can not be considered lost until 15 working days (25 working days for the rest of the world) after the due date. Please only contact us after 15 WORKING DAYS for the UK or 25 WORKING DAYS for the rest of the world if your parcel does not turn up as there is nothing we can do to help until this deadline is reached.
