Such a pretty little bag! Love that it's waterproof and has a divider in the middle. And I was pleasantly surprised to come home on a Sunday and discover the seller had dropped it off in my mail slot (we both live in Philly) and refunded the shipping cost. Will definitely be buying more bags from her!

About

I bought a sewing machine without knowing how to sew

I grew up watching my aunts sewing, creating clothes and accessories. I thought that was amazing! But they never taught me how to sew, and I grew up without knowing.

When I moved to Philadelphia, where my husband is Ph.D. student at the University of Pennsylvania, I felt I needed to follow my dreams too.

So I bought a sewing machine without knowing how to sew. I was determined to learn and make things to sell on Etsy.

In February 2012 I listed my first item on Handmade Philosophy. Since then I've been learning more and creating more. In 2004 I created my first pattern and since then I use my own patterns and artworks to create the products that I sell in my shop.

Additional policies and FAQs
I'd like to remind you that all my products are handmade by me. Although I give my best to make them as perfect as possible, sometimes there are minor imperfections. I believe that the allure of handmade products is that they are unique. Each of them carry a singular story about how they were made and the difficulties in the process of their creation.
