    First and foremost I want you to be happy with your purchase! My shop policy can be summed up like this "Treat others how you would want to be treated." Good communication is the key. I check my shop several times daily and post in my shop announcement when I'm gone for a few days delaying shipping until my return.
    Returns and exchanges
    My creations are guaranteed! Return in original condition in shipping box within 7 days for refund (minus shipping & ins.).

    Lost and damaged packages by the postal service are out of my control. Without insurance I can't be held responsible for them.
    Paypal and US Postal Money Orders accepted.
    Payment is expected within 3 days.
    If you are sending a money order please let me know.
    Sales tax is collected from MI buyers.

    IMPORTANT.... Please make sure your PAYPAL shipping address matches your address listed with ETSY! I ship to confirmed PAYPAL addresses so make sure it is correct.
    Shipping daily whenever possible.
    Shipped in Boxes. (no envelopes here)
    Plenty of packing materials are used for art glass items.
    Invoice included in package.
    First Class with Del. Con. and International First Class used for lighter items.
