New to Etsy and aren't sure how to make a purchase?

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I only accept payment through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase from Etsy. Debit/credit cards are accepted as well as eChecks (paying with an eCheck will delay the shipment of your order by 3-9 days as there is a processing time for the eCheck to clear). I expect payment to be made within three days of purchase; however, if you would like to purchase an item but cannot make payment for a few days, send me a convo and I will be happy to allow you up to a week to make payment. Please note that items will not ship until payment is received. If payment is not made within a week of purchase, the transaction will be canceled.
Shipping
Shipping is $2.00 worldwide, no matter how many items you purchase.

Items are packaged in a sturdy jewelry box and tucked inside a bubble mailer to be received safely by you. All purchases will ship via USPS First-Class Mail. First-Class Mail takes on average 1-3 days for delivery within the United States and 1-4 weeks for international deliveries (in some rare cases items can get held in customs for over a month). If you would like to upgrade shipping so that you receive your item(s) faster, please send me a convo before making payment so that we can discuss options and prices. Additionally, I highly suggest purchasing insurance as I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Please send me a convo before making payment in order to inquire about insurance fees.

Please make sure the address entered during Etsy checkout is the address where you'd like your item(s) to be mailed. Currently I ship orders out primarily on Tuesday and Thursday; however, I can ship them out more quickly, if needed. Please allow 2-5 days for the fulfillment and shipping of your purchase. You can check the status of your order under the "Purchases" section of "Your Etsy."
Refunds and Exchanges
Purchasing insurance is an option. I cannot be held responsible for items once in the hands of the postal service, therefore no refunds can be made for items that have been lost or damaged in the post unless insurance has been purchased. I have never experienced an item lost in the post; however, things can happen and thus I recommend purchasing insurance.

I work very hard to capture photos in natural light which accurately depict my products. There can be some variations in color from monitor to monitor, so if possible please view items from various computers in order to determine color. Item descriptions will provide details about a product's size and other relevant characteristics, please read carefully before making a purchase. Refunds or exchanges will only be provided if there has been a fault of mine (i.e. and item is defective or has been inaccurately portrayed). In the event that I have made a mistake with your purchase, I would be more than happy to issue a refund or exchange.
