I never received my order and was never given a tracking number. I'm trying to get my money back and now he tells me his paypal account was hacked... and that he doesn't have the funds. It would NOT trust this shop and I'm reporting it to Etsy.

As discussed privately with the buyer, the items were lost via USPS and a full refund was given.

Payment
Payments are due immediately at checkout using PayPal. For custom orders, 100% payment is required up front, no payment plans are available.

For CT residents, please add 6.35% to your order. This sales tax will be added at checkout.
Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours after purchase using USPS, unless otherwise noted or discussed. Some countries impose custom fees and/or taxes which is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you need a rushed shipment, additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

For custom orders, please allow up to 3-4 weeks before your order is shipped. Please plan accordingly. For rushed shipments, the buyer is responsible for expedited shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, contact me within 3 days from the date of delivery to discuss any issues. Refunds will be given only after your purchase is returned and received by me. Return shipment payments are the responsibility of the buyer.

If items are lost in transit, I will send replacement at no additional cost.
