5 out of 5 starsI have had HandwovenHome towels in kitchen, pantry and studio for years - so I knew that their quality and description would meet my expectations. In addition to serving as dish towels - they are compliments to the room.

Welcome to my studio!
In 1969, I fell head over heels in love with looms, yarn and weaving!

Owner, Maker, Designer
There is nothing about weaving, looms, and yarn that I don't love! From the day I first saw a weaving studio in school, I knew what I wanted to do. My 2nd shop is MyStudioCleanUp to help pare down my supplies. You can find fibers, tools, and books.

Care instructions
• Towels, napkins, runners... when I take them off my loom, I finish them and then wash and dry as I would expect you to do. They are machine washed and machine dried. Do keep in mind that machines can be rough on textiles over time. However, I have some of my own towels I use in my kitchen that are used all the time and machine washed and dried and they still look great. Linen pieces are best dried in the open air, though.
• Blankets and throws are also finished in much the same manner with much more care. I would suggest that you can soak them in a washer, spin out the water then dry in the open air. You can also have them dry cleaned, if you prefer.
Custom Sizes
If you have a specific size you would like in a runner or matching runners, table mats or napkins, please ask. It may take up to a year to get them, but I can give you an idea if it is possible depending on when you contact me. A custom order requires a set up fee which is not refundable and varies with the piece.
The throws and blankets are as wide as I will make them as my loom is 60" wide. I can make them longer, but not wider.
