4 out of 5 starsLovely ornament. Did not buy it as a gift shipping dates were not an issue, but it still came quicker than I expected-- esp given that it shipped out of Ukraine! Ornament itself is lovely. I'm glad I meant to buy it for myself, b/c I would have had a hard time giving this away! Looking forward to putting it on our tree next year. :)

If you haven't got your order in 4 weeks, please, contact me and I will make an official search request to our post just in case if your package was lost. If they wouldn't find it within 2 weeks after that I will send you other stuff from my shop on your choice as replacement or will issue refund.
Please, mind there might be taxes for goods coming from abroad. The seller is not responsible for paying them.
Usually it takes 10-20 days to deliver a parcel from Estonia/ Ukraine to USA, Canada, 3-4 weeks to deliver to Australia, up to 1 week within Europe and 3-4 weeks to Asia and South America.
URGENT ORDERS: do contact us if you need your goods within next several days and you are in USA. We usually have some sets in a warehouse ready for 1-2 days US delivery. We also can arrange DHL Express delivery.
