I never heard back from the seller and this was not like my first experience. Never received my $8 back.

If I could leave a negative review, I would. I purchased a downloadable program for my cousins funeral. I was only given the pdf information on how to edit the file on a different website and it said I would receive an email with the link to edit it or I could use the order information. I never received the email, so I tried to use the order information and it said no order found! I reached out to the seller who took more than 24 hours to respond and when they finally did respond, all they said was it works. I tried to access the file again and it still did not work, so I replied again and have not heard back from the seller in over a week! This is absolutely ridiculous. I tried to open a case and it keeps saying error when I try to submit. This seller is a scammer and the Etsy site/team is no help!!! STAY AWAY…DO NOT PURCHASE!!

I get a pdf file with the instructions yet I never got the “instant download” link for the actual product. I have been messaging seller and no response. I needed this file by tonight that is why I wanted something “instant” can’t have “instant” with this seller. I did not need an instant download pdf file with instructions I needed the product I paid for.

I’m having the most difficult time downloading my item.
