WHY DO METALS MAKE FINGERS TURN GREEN? - This can be a common occurrence for some people, and can happen with ANY metal (even with solid sterling). It does NOT mean the metal is not quality. It is a harmless effect common with Sterling Silver and other metals. Please read this helpful article about why this happens and what you can do to avoid this:

*************** HOW TO SIZE BRACELETS************************
You can order various sizes in most of my bracelets. The size you order will be the length of the bracelet. If you order a 7" bracelet, then entire bracelet will measure 7" long (including the clasp). Measure your wrist size where the bracelet will sit (often, the smallest portion of your wrist). Add anywhere from 1/4 - 1", depending on how you like your bracelets to fit. For example, I don't like my bracelets too large. My wrist is 6 1/2". I like my bracelets to be 7 or 7 1/4" long.

About

A Second Chance

I worked as an RN for 7 years and was happy in my career but it left little time for "fun" things. I discovered beading and was hooked! I have found a way, through diligence and a little luck, to turn my passion into a way to support my family. I was lucky enough to be chosen by my city museum to be a featured artist for 2011/2012. My work is also featured in various boutiques/art galleries in the area. I love using vintage pieces and upcycled items in my creations. I am forever scouring my city for the next item to inspire me. I am inspired by all things nature and have a certain love of flowers in my designs, as well. I strive for a certain "timelessness" of the pieces I create. I work alone in the business, raising my growing children by day and working into the wee hours of the morning designing and creating. I also teach various beadweaving/wireworking classes at two local bead shops. My husband and children are very supportive and have learned that sometimes there are bits of wire on the floor, a stray bead rolling around the hall, projects in various states of completion on the kitchen table, etc. While I don't have a formal "workroom", I have carved out a little corner of the house for myself, including my favorite chair, to create in. All items I make are hand-made with love and care.

* Items will be shipped WITHIN THREE BUSINESS DAYS of purchase (see shipping schedule on home page). Items ship USPS first class (unless a shipping upgrade has been purchased). All domestic items are shipped with delivery confirmation. Items are NOT insured for loss or damage. If you wish to add insurance to your order, you MUST purchase the insurance upgrade. I package all my items with the utmost care but, accidents happen. I will not cover items lost or damaged in the mailing process. I STRONGLY recommend you add insurance to all orders for the minimal cost they require.

****If you reject the option to buy insurance on your package, and it fails to arrive at it's destination or is damaged, I will not issue a refund.

* International packages often are not trackable beyond US borders. If you wish for a trackable or insured package, please contact me before purchasing. I am NOT responsible for packages lost/delayed in customs. Placing an order in this shop confirms you agree to these terms.

* The customs form will state that the item is "Merchandise" and will list the value of the item. It is against federal regulations to under-report the value of item. Please do NOT ask me to do this. You are responsible for any customs fees/charges that may be incurred. All customs forms will list the item description as "costume piece" and the correct value of what you have purchased. PLEASE DO NOT GET UPSET over having to pay import duties and taxes - they are different for each country and I do not set them. It is your duty to be aware of any and all fees that may be incurred by ordering from overseas.

* I ship to the address listed on the etsy purchase page - not the Paypal address.

* Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please choose the desired shipping method, from the drop down menu on the right, when you checkout.

**** Requests to cancel an order received after the day of order will not be granted. Cancellations are honored a case by case basis. Buyers remorse is not a valid reason for cancellation. If a refund/cancellation is granted, a restocking fee may be charged up to 20% of the cost of the item.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. PLEASE contact me prior to leaving negative or neutral feedback. You are welcome to contact me via etsy convo or private email (listed on your receipt). Exchanges are welcome within a 10 day period (* WITH RESTRICTIONS - SEE BELOW). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Every item clearly lines out dimensions, size, materials, etc so please read them carefully. Ask any questions before purchase. Vintage items are sold AS IS - they are used and may not be in perfect condition. Refunds, if agreed upon, may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20% of the item cost.

* Custom sized rings, cut to order bracelets, necklaces, etc (any item where the customers chooses desired length, color, size or metal finish) and Reserved items are NON refundable or exchangeable.

Can you mark my item as "gift" for an international purchase?

All items will be marked "costume piece" with the correct purchase price listed. It is illegal for me to under-value items (or mark items as "gift") on the customs form. Please be aware of any import duties, taxes, etc that you may incur when purchasing internationally.

Care Instructions

* Put on your jewelry after applying make up, perfume, lotions, etc.
* Store jewelry in a dry, safe place
* Do not go to bed with jewelry on
* Working out, cleaning the house, swimming, etc. are not recommended while wearing jewelry

I do not have a paypal account - how do I purchase?

You do not need a Paypal account to use their services. No Sign up is necessary! PayPal accepts all major credit cards ♥

Here is How :

Step 1- Enter required items into your shopping cart
Step 2 - Go to shopping cart page by clicking on cart (top right) and find your order. Choose PayPal as your payment method. Click "Check Out with Paypal"
Step 3 - A PayPal payment screen will open, roll down and click: ''Don't have a PayPal account?''

What is your turn around time?

Standard turn around time is 2-3 business days. However, certain items take longer. If an item will take longer, it is always specified in the listing description (custom sized rings are the most common item that take about 7 days). Your receipt from etsy MAY STILL give you an estimated shipping date based on the 3 day time frame. This will not apply to your order if the item you purchased is stated to take longer.

Do you ever ship same day?

Expedited shipping options are available in the cart page. Choosing Priority mail or Express mail will not mean your item will ship same day (or, possibly even next day). I process all orders in the order they were received, putting expedited orders before others. I do my best to get expedited orders out as quickly as possible. Send me a quick convo to ask if you have questions if you are in a hurry for your item.
