This seller has not shipped my item by the expected to ship by date, and has failed to reply to any of my messages. I'm forced to open a paypal dispute to get my money back. Terrible, don't buy from her.

All orders are shipping via USPS first-class mail with tracking. If you would like insurance or would prefer to use a different shipping method, please convo me to discuss options.
I often batch-print shipping labels, resulting in a notification email from PayPal with the newly generated tracking number. This email does NOT mean your package has shipped. When your package has shipped, I will mark your order as "shipped" on Etsy and update it with the tracking number. You should receive a notification from Etsy that the order has shipped. Generation of a tracking number by USPS does NOT mean your order has shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges for any other reason may be made by contacting me within fifteen (15) business days. Items must be in new, unworn or unused condition. Sorry, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom items.
Please keep in mind that because many items are handmade to order, they may not look exactly like the picture. However, I do strive to make them as close as possible so as not to be misleading. This is simply the nature of handcrafted items and part of the charm of purchasing a handmade item.
I want to get your order to you as fast as possible, so please help me by making sure your name and address are complete and correct when you order. I am not responsible for lost packages. Please purchase insurance for your package if this is a concern to you.
