Passion for creating something
I've been slowly building my shop over the years, with a constant evolution of my products. I officially started Hannison Woodworks in 2012 and have been evolving my products ever since.
Often times, my younger children can be found in the shop with me building their own creations. Running this shop has given us the perfect excuse to spend time together doing something creative.
I was fortunate enough to meet a local sawyer that has kept me stocked up with an amazing supply of lumber. Because of this relationship, I now buy all of my materials from a local small business, and know exactly where the wood has come from and how it has been handled.
I'm slowly starting to branch out into the craft fair circuit as well as looking to get my items carried in local markets. When I started out, I did not expect to be this busy, but can't wait to see where this trip takes me.
