I absolutely love these! The are in a light weight form factor, with a very strong magnet and the graphic design is gorgeous!

About

Hap-Hazard Beginnings

Our origins? A mother and daughter who are best friends and both gifted with different artistic talents and needing to express them outside the warm, comfortable confines of their family home.

Our early beginnings led us to join our local Saturday Market and so we setup our first shop there. Like young little birds in a nest, we stumbled around trying to find our little niche in this oh so fun marketplace. Two years into joining we were told about Etsy and decided to take the challenge and open our own online shop. Well, without boring you with too many details, we setup shop in May of 2008 and literally that is as far we we took it until May of 2009. Not a single item was listed. Just a shop with a name, Haphazard Creativity for one whole year. (Life just gets in the way sometimes.)

By 2009 I think we better understood what what needed to do to get off and running and so that is exactly what we did. We have been creating ourselves silly ever since and updating our shop as we felt the need. In the meantime, we took a short hiatus with our local market until April of 2010.

Heather met Scott in 2009 while working at our Oregon Country Fair on kitchen crew. Love has grown and now Scott has joined our team and deserves much of the kudos for the creation of our Re-purposed Lamps, Lanterns and Luminaries.

Scott totally rebuilt our original booth for Saturday Market so as to accommodate our newest section and while doing so it created oodles more room for all our other products.

We are anxious to create and offer items customers really want to buy so if you should see something that almost fits the bill but not exactly, feel free to email us with your suggestions.

For now, this is "about" us.
