●✿● I accept payment by PayPal and Credit Cards. If you pay via echeck with Paypal it takes 3-7 business days before the payment clears. Your order will not be started until the payment has been cleared. This delays production time. Production does not begin until purchase is made and payment clears for All orders.

●✿● If any special requests or instructions have been discussed thru convo prior to placing your order, those details will need to be copy / pasted in the Notes To Seller at checkout. With so may convo and custom requests I won't remember the details without seeing them on the invoice.

●✿● Understandably, I can not accept cancellations or changes once a custom order has been started. To avoid missing information I am happy to set up a Custom Listing for you. I keep all etsy business within etsy convo as it is a more timely organized method of obtaining and storing the information for your order.

Shipping
●✿● Please make sure the correct shipping address is registered in your etsy, credit card, and PayPal account. I will always ship to the address on the Etsy Purchase Invoice as it is auto generated from the order.

●✿● if there is a date you need an order by please convo me Before you place your order to ensure we can ship in time- a rush fee will apply if the request is before the posted ship date.. I can only guarantee a ship date and not delivery dates. Any comments in the notes to seller about an expedited ship date that was not convoed and approved prior to purchasing will not be honored. If an expedited ship date was confirmed it must be in the Notes To Seller otherwise it may be missed and I can not be help responsible for the missed need by date.

●✿●Ship Dates are noted on invoices located in your Purchase History. Tracking # will be noted on purchase invoice as well.

●✿● Production time varies per item and can be found by clicking on Shipping & Policies. (sometimes more time is needed) PLUS time in transit. USPS and UPS delivery times are approximate. I can not guarantee time in transit or delivery date.

●✿● If you wish to make a purchase as a gift to be sent directly to the recipient, please use that shipping address on the etsy invoice.


●✿●INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ●✿●
International orders will be sent USPS Mail.

Buyers are responsible for any customs, tariffs, fees, and taxes that may be incurred by your country upon arrival. Please Note: Packages will NOT be marked as gifts.

UK customers:
Anything worth £15+ which is imported to the UK from a non-EU country attracts VAT @ 20%, plus an additional £8 handling fee. These are not charges from the seller.
Refunds and Exchanges
●✿● IMPORTANT ●✿●

●✿●Because Monogramming and personalization are Custom Orders (items are created to your specifications), I cannot issue a refund, accept returns or exchanges. If I make a mistake, I will gladly send out a corrected item right away at no charge. I will provide pre paid shipping label to ship the original item back to me.
●✿● If it is embroidered incorrectly due to incomplete or incorrect information, this is also non refundable.

ALL Rush Orders and Rush Order Fees including shipping are NON Refundable.

●✿● If you request to return on a non custom or personalized item it must arrive in the same selling condition as shipped. Shipping fee, Insurance, and tracking # will be required at your cost. Refund, minus original shipping fee, will be issued once I receive the item in the same conditions it was originally packed and shipped to you. Please note that if there is no insurance on your return package and it gets lost or damaged in the mail I can not issue a refund.

●✿● If your package arrives damaged take photos of the damaged package. If the content inside the package is damaged take a photo of the items as well. I will need these photos for the insurance claim.

●✿● If your tracking # indicated that movement of the package has stopped or the package is DELIVERED and you did not receive the package, buyer and seller both will need to file a claim to open an investigation with USPS or UPS. Investigations can take 30 to 45 days. The buyer will also be required to sign an affidavit stating that they did not receive the package. This is required by the third party insurance provider.

●✿● It is very important that you know your size before ordering. Once the item has been embroidered it is non-refundable or exchangeable. you can convo with any questions or concerns prior to ordering.

●✿● Please review your custom/personalization information before submitting your order. Carefully check spelling, dates, names, and other details needed to complete the order. Please make sure all information such as Font Selection, Thread Color, Embroidery Location (if options are given), and other requests are included. You are welcome to contact us via Etsy Convo if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. To avoid missing information I am happy to set up a Custom Listing for you. When selecting thread colors please use the thread # and not thread color by name (example: Aqua, Coral, Green, Dark Red, Tan, Pink). If you do not know the thread color used in a display image you may request the same color as used in display image and I can look up the color #.
Embroidered items can not be exchanged or refunded/replaced. If a thread color # is not selected or any other information is missing I will Convo if no contact # has been given to obtain the needed information. If I have not gotten a reply within 12 business days I will cancel the order and issue a full refund. A new order can be placed at anytime.
Additional policies and FAQs

ALL CORRESPONDENCE MUST BE THROUGH ETSY!!!! We get hundreds of emails each day, and there is no way to match your order up or guarantee we will get the message if you send us info outside of etsy!!!!

For Monogramming list the initials in the order to be embroidered. Industry standard monogramming style is used for triple initials where LAST NAME initial in the middle of the monogram and larger in size. For example, Nicole Renee Smith would be NSR. I will embroidery the initials in the order given.

Longer names and other text will be scaled down to fit in the area for embroidery on each product. As a result, the wording may be smaller than what is shown in our pictures. (In some cases larger of text is shown small). Not all fonts will adjust as big or small as others.

Monogram Etiquette

GENERAL RULES FOR ALL PERSONALIZATION STYLES

Female and Couples Monogram
Standard set up is with Center Initial larger in size
MALE Monogram: Standard Set Up is all capital letters same size

FEMALE INITIALS:
Females generally put initials in the order of First Name, Last Name, Middle or Maiden Name. Example: Mary Elizabeth Jones would read: MJE.

MALE INITIALS: ●✿●Standard set up unless requested otherwise●✿●
Males generally put initials in the order of First Name, Middle Name, Last Name.
All letters are the same size when monogrammed.
Example: Donald Thomas Jones would be DTJ

~Couple Monogram- Who's letter goes first?
When representing a marriage or joint monogram the womans initial is on the left, the mans initial is on the right and the last name is represented by the letter in the middle. Usually the middle letter is a bit bigger than the others.

When selecting a monogram for a couple, the monogram should read:

First Initial of Wife, First Initial of Last Name, First Initial of Husband
Mary and Donald Jones would read MJD
