Payment

PAYMENT
i accept payments through Paypal and direct through Etsy via credit card. Your item(s) will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

When payment has been received and finalized your order will be shipped once it has been made. Custom orders must be paid in full before work will begin.

Shipping

SHIPPING POLICY

United States/Domestic
Please allow an additional 2-10 days for shipping depending on your location. Orders will ship via USPS. All orders $150 or more require Signature Confirmation.

International - Canada, United Kingdom, Australia & Germany
Please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for international orders to arrive, depending on your location. All international orders will ship via USPS First Class International. Please also note that all international orders are subject to being opened according to Customs Declaration CN22.

International orders can take up to 3 weeks after shipment date to arrive. Once the item has shipped I cannot take responsibility for the package. It is in the hands of USPS, and any delivery issues must be resolved with them. Tracking numbers are provided for all domestic orders. International orders do not include tracking. Please also note that all international orders are subject to being opened according to Customs Declaration CN22. Buyer is responsible for any custom and/or international fees or taxes that may be incurred.

I work to get everything completed as quickly as possible without compromising quality. If you need an item by a specific date, or faster than what my shop announcement says, please message me first to ensure I can meet your requirements

Refunds and Exchanges

All Sales Are Final. I am a small shop and please know that I keep my prices low and affordable so that everyone can enjoy handmade! Because of this I have a final sales policy.

Most of my items are made to order. It is very rare for any of my items to require return or exchange and due to their handmade nature and being a small business I do have a policy of final sales. It is very important to ask me whatever questions you have up front before you make your purchase to ensure you get the perfect item(s) and to avoid any possible confusion.

If, for some reason, you do decide you want a different item or color I am happy to work with you to do an exchange but the item MUST be in brand new condition and buyer is responsible for shipping charges and must place a new order for the replacement.

if you discover a defect or mistake (missing a button, wrong item/color, etc.) I'll gladly work with you to make it right so please let me know promptly after receiving your item.

All exchanges or fixes must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the item.
