If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please convo me within 10 business days after your receipt of purchase and I will be happy to issue an exchange for your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Payments are gladly accepted through PayPal. Payment is expected immediately following purchase. If no payment is received within 3 days, the order may be canceled.

All orders are shipped through the USPS (Priority Mail for larger items, First Class Mail for smaller items). We are not responsible for items once they reach the post office. If you would like another form of shipping (quicker, cheaper, delivery confirmation, etc...), please let me know and we can work it out. Most items ship within 3-4 days of purchase.

Please let me know if you would like your item shipped to an address other than the one that is listed on your PayPal account. Otherwise, that is the address I will send your item to.
