Susan I don't know why you are leaving me a bad review. You are not being truthful. I have included a picture to show you downloaded 2 of the files. If you had any problems you should of contacted me personally but you just want to come here and mess up my reviews. Do you think I am going to be trying to sell digital downloads if they are not working. Its working great on my end and files are downloading like they are should. So the problem is on your end with your device. But you want to blame it on me because that what you set out to do to mess up my reviews. Stop being a hater and lying on me. I got proof here that you downloaded 2 files. I am sorry you don't know what you are doing on your end and if there is something wrong but want to blame it on me. Check your device and stop with this lying its sad and not right.

You downloaded all your files. What you mean where is your downloads. You are the one that suppose to know where you downloaded your files to. I don't have your device. Its sad you give me one star when you simply could have message me instead of giving me one star. I have attache a picture showing you downloaded your files. Where you downloaded them at on your device is something you suppose to know about your device where your files go to. Its awful you are making like you didn't get your files when you did. I'm sorry you don't know how to work your device and know the location of your downloads. I have no control over that because I don't have your device you do. Then you give me one star for your mistake just awful and sad you here trying to mess my reviews up just sad and awful you have people that hate to see others.

1 out of 5 starsOnce ordered and paid for, I got the ecard to download as 5 separate downloads. The 1 I'd chosen was 1 of 5. Tried to send as instructions given and unless recipient opens Etsy couldn't view it. Not what I had wanted at all. No opportunity for my message I thought I'd written to be seen. Will have to find another company for better ecard facilities

Sorry you did not understand how this go. You could had contacted me before leaving a negative review. Here I am give extra gifs and even a happy birthday video or 2 with happy birthday song in it. If you didn't know anything about gifs and movie files you should had never bought one. If you had contacted me I would had refunded your money back. But you intentionally here try to mess up my reviews. Each file you downloaded was a extra happy birthday greetings that you could had used another time. You got 5 files that is a 10.00 value. I am trying to show love and show gratitude to people by giving a little extra...but didn't get that here you complaining. It really breaks my heart when I'm trying to do good then I got people like you trying to mess my shop up with your negativity. Its just awful You not contact me for help.

Once you make a purchase Etsy will verify your payment and send you a instant download link. You will be able to download your order quickly! Please make sure to know where you download your gif or video files to on your device. Its very important for you can easily locate them on your device.
How do I print the gif happy birthday greeting out once I buy it?
Sorry these are not printable greeting cards. These are Gif files. Use the Gif file to post to your love one's timeline on Facebook or Instagram. Plus you can upload it to other social media websites if they accept the Gif file format. Try sending the Gif from your device in a message or email to your family or friends. Make sure your device can display Gif files.
Once the file is downloaded how do I send it and a message with it to someone from Etsy?
Sorry you can't send your downloaded file to someone on Etsy. Make sure you know where you downloaded your file to on your device for you can easily find it. When you are ready to send it you can upload it to your love ones Facebook timeline, send it in a email, or upload to other social media, provided they allow that.
Etsy don't have a feature where you can send the downloaded file and a message to someone that is on Etsy. You will add your message once you send the happy birthday greeting to someone from your device not your Etsy account. Also, some have asked can I send the greeting to their love ones. I am not able to do that only you can do that from your device. Etsy digital downloads are not setup to do that.
Can I add a name and message to the Ecard?
Sorry these are not Ecards. These are Gif and video files. They are not customizable. I would have to charge extra if I did that. Also, it takes a little time to go in and make a new video of the file with the message in it. From there I will then have to make it into an animated Gif. Its a process and take time to do. I want to keep my products at 1.99. I would have to take the price up if I added this service. Sorry I don't have this service for you.
