We can not accept returns or exchanges because all items are customized or personalized items & made on order. However, we will gladly fix a mistake made on our behalf. Please contact us directly for any problem or issue with your order.

I personally make every order! From custom designing to order creation....it's me! I am very grateful to have help with the other daily tasks such as shipping, packaging, etc. (most days!)

Our inventory consist of only blank clothing, apparel & merchandise as every item we offer is either personalized or custom-designed on order. Because your order will be made just for you, returns or exchanges are not accepted. If a mistake was ever made on our behalf, it will be corrected. Rather than us finding out about an unfortunate mistake when later reading a negative review. Please  allow us to fix the situation as any error was completely accidental. We are a hands-on business, making personalized & custom items everyday. As hard as we work to prevent error, an occasional mistake may occur. Please just talk to us - we will fix it!

Blank clothing & apparel sizes can vary per brand. Brand-specific size charts & correct measuring instructions are posted on our website, attached to all product listings, & are always available to be sent to you on request. If you need assistance obtaining accurate measurements or sizes please let us know so we can assist you. We are not responsible for incorrect size selections, & we do not remake items due to sizing indifferences.

Orders scheduled for completion AFTER payment is received, & completed in the order of payment received. We strive to complete orders the timeliest fashion without sacrificing quality to prevent delays. Due to the nature of custom, made-on-order items, occasional instances may arise requiring more time to satisfactorily complete your order. Advanced ordering is always recommended as refunds are not given for delays of any type or cause.
