Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
I don't accept cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Refunds (less shipping & handling charges) will be made for items returned within 28 business days in the same condition as they were sent out. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I will refund the item's cost on your PayPal account.
Custom orders and sale items are non-returnable.
Shipping
Kindly note I cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to charge any import duty on your items. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty. Also I cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
