Shipping timeframe:
All non-custom orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Custom orders (ie gnomes) ship in 2 weeks. Please feel free to reach out if it has been longer than that, but if it is still within that range I ask that you wait the allotted time before contacting me. Thank you!
Shipping Guarantees:
I do NOT guarantee shipping dates for any shipping method. If you are upgrading your shipping to Express via USPS it is your responsibility to check with USPS.com on whether or not they will honor their dates and offer refunds if they are late. They were NOT honoring dates/refunds last winter (2020) so this is subject to change sporadically. If you do not receive your item by a specific date I do not offer refunds/returns if the delay was due to USPS.
Returns/Exchanges:
I do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is damage or a mistake on my behalf.
Please thoroughly inspect all items upon opening the package and take pictures of the package if there was any damage that occurred. You have 3 days from delivery to report damaged items to me to be eligible for replacements/refunds.
If any of these policies are an issue to you please order from another shop.

Do you make custom molds?
My molds are pre-made so I am unable to create custom molds at this time.
When will my order ship?
My current processing time is 1-2 business days. To determine when your order is scheduled to ship count 2 business days from the date you placed your order, not counting day of. Business days are M-F and do not include holidays. If it has been longer than this please reach out!
Can I mix and match straw prints?
Yes absolutely! You can buy a 30 pack in any print and add in your order notes that you'd like 5 leopard, 5 sprinkles, 10 camo etc. Just make sure your math is right lol!
Do you take custom digital design requests?
I appreciate you thinking of my shop for your custom request! Unfortunately I'm not taking any custom design requests at this time as I don't want to overflow my plate lol.
Where the heck did all your rhinestones and acrylic cups go?!
We've decided to switch gears and focus more on molds and straws so we are no longer restocking any acrylic cups or rhinestones. We appreciate you so much for being loyal customers! Unfortunately with our recent move to a new house we no longer have the space to dedicate to large inventory.
