    Accepted payment methods

    Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
    I don't accept cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    Returns and exchange details
    If there is anything wrong with your order, please let me know so we can work something out.
    Payment
    If there is a problem and you will not be able to pay right away, or you would like to cancel, please let me know.
    Shipping
    All orders are shipped within 1 - 2 weeks after payment is received, via Canada Post. (All depending on post office hours, time of purchase, and holidays.)

    Below are their estimated standard shipping times:
    Within Canada: 3 - 5 business days (up to 1 month)
    United States: 1 - 2 weeks (up to 1 month)
    International: 2 - 3 weeks (up to 1.5 month)

    HappyHello will not be responsible for delays or lost packages if the address showing on the invoice was incorrect. Please ensure your current address is entered properly and up to date.

    Sizing details

    Small bookmarks are approximately 10CM in size when not folded, and approximately 5CM when folded. Large bookmarks are approximately 15CM when not folded, and approximately 7.5CM when folded.

    Sizes may vary as I cut every single bookmark by hand.

    Custom and personalized orders

    Custom designs typically start at $6CAD on top of the price of a single bookmark. For more information, please message me or email me at HappyHelloArt@Gmail.com.

    How often do you restock?

    I try to restock within 3-5 days of when an item sells out. But depending on how busy I am that week, it may take a bit longer. Please check back often!
