Returns and exchanges
1: If I am for any reason unable to complete your order, I will issue a full refund. Please convo me if you have this issue. Remember that you must inform me prior to purchasing if you have a specific deadline, otherwise my standard turnaround time will apply.
2: Once the order ships out, we do not issue refunds unless there is a gross mishap with your order (not including shipping damages, loss, theft, or slow transit times due to shipping).
3: We do NOT issue refunds for: buyer's remorse, orders that have been delivered and show no gross negligence on our part, or any other reason not listed.
To ensure your order arrives safely, please consider purchasing shipping insurance to protect your investment.

Should you have any questions regarding shipping times for your specific purchase and/or country, please send me a convo prior to purchase.
If you order a RTS (Ready to Ship) item AND a made to order or custom item, the entire order will ship when the made to order/customer item(s) ships. If you would like to receive the RTS item(s) sooner, please checkout separately.

RUSH ORDERS:
Please contact us prior to purchasing if you would like your order sooner than our projected turnaround time. We will let you know if this is feasible at the time and how much the rush fee will be. Rush fees do NOT cover expedited shipping charges.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
If we mess up, please let us know so that we can fix it! Before leaving reviews send us a message if you are unhappy with your order. We ALWAYS strive to please our customers!
LATE ORDERS:
If for any reason we are late with your order, please know that we are doing our best to complete it in as timely a manner as possible. We have had issues in the past with taking on too much and we are working diligently to correct this issue. To date, no 2015 orders have been late (many have even shipped the next day!). If we ever are late with your order, we will contact you with an offer of a partial refund AND your order, a coupon code for 25% off your next purchase, or a free item.
