Accepted payment methods

Payment
PayPal is the only accepted form of payment via the Etsy shop. If you do not wish to register with PayPal, you still have the option of paying with a credit card through PayPal.

Orders are prepared and shipped in order of payment. A transaction is not complete until it is paid for. But please do contact me if payment will be delayed more than 24 hours.
Shipping
All orders are generally shipped within 2-5 days after payment has cleared to the address provided on Etsy (not including holidays and Sundays). Please make sure your Etsy address is accurate and "safe" to receive items that won't be lost or mishandled.

I generally ship using Canada post, unless otherwise specified by the client. Delivery can take an average of one to two weeks for US destinations, and four to six weeks for international. Canada Post does not provide service on weekends. So, while your Friday purchase will not be postmarked by the post office until Monday (same for Saturday and Sunday purchases). If you need an item shipped faster, please let me know in advance and I will change the cost of shipping. This does not include insurance unfortunately. If you would like your package insured or a delivery confirmation. Please contact me for cost as soon as possible, as once the item is mailed - I cannot provide delivery confirmation or track the package.

All items will be packaged for safe shipping, but once the item leaves my hands. Insurance will be an additional cost to you, so please let me know in advance if you would like to purchase insurance and I will add it to the shipping cost. I will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods after the item(s) is shipped.

International customers should be aware that their country's custom requirements may entail payment of duties and taxes upon receipt of your purchase. All costs associated with the import of products into your country are your responsibility. I have no way of calculating or knowing of these charges, so they are not included in the shipping rate.

I will gladly combine shipping for multiple items/orders to help keep the cost down. Please contact me for shipping costs for multiple orders.

CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
We are now using the Etsy shipping address as the default. If you want your package sent to an address other than your Etsy address, then put a note in your order, or send us a convo.
IMPORTANT - It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they give us the correct address, and an address that can accept parcels.

Additional policies and FAQs
In the event of damage or losses, customers may report claims for reimbursement of funds through the Canada Postal Service if you purchased insurance.
--IF INSURED--
Damages --> If you receive your package and it looks like it has been tampered with or opened, PLEASE take pictures of the package first before you start to open it.
Losses --> We will not consider a package lost until 30 days after it has been shipped. Some packages seem to take the 'long way around' for mysterious reasons, but still show up within 30 days. After 30 days, contact us and it will be decided between the customer and us whether to re-send or refund.
