When I originally ordered the product there was a problem with it being printed and I was given an upgrade free of cost due to the problem. I was amazed with how fast it was arrived and with products look. It is a Father's Day gift for my husband and I was promised delivery before the day and it arrived perfectly wrapped and it looks beautiful. Couldn't be happier with the prompt communication from the seller!

5 out of 5 starsWow, what a great gift! My wife and I love to travel. I stumbled on this map while looking for an anniversary gift. My wife loved it! I also got her gold push pins and as soon as she opened it she set about putting pins in all of the places we've visited together. Then she looked at the places that didn't have pins and decided which ones are next. Perfect! I really enjoyed working with Katrina to get it just right. I changed things a couple of times but she very quickly prepped another proof for me to review. Everything arrived, well packaged, and on time and it was exactly what I was expecting from the proof. I got the 24x36 and I can say that if you have the room, I would go with a larger one. The letters are pretty teeny in some of the smaller countries and it's a bit tough to read them. I was very pleased. A great purchase!

ALL printed items are made-to-order and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, if there is any problem with the print quality or it is damaged in shipping, please contact me immediately and I will be only to happy to help.

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.

If you are choosing a digital file option and a shipping charge appears in your shopping cart, you can use the "DIGITAL" coupon code alternatively, it will be refunded when your order is processed.
Listings that are ordered in digital format will receive a digital file instead of a printed item and no physical product will be provided.
Many items are marked as Instant Download Listings but some items have the customisation such as sizing or colour options.
Purchases that require personalised messages or customisation will usually require a proof to be approved and this is always sent within 24 hours of purchase.
PRINTED ITEMS

Physical Items are shipped FedEx, UPS or Priority USPS in sturdy packaging to ensure a safe delivery.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Mounted items cannot be shipped to PO Box so I will request a street address where applicable.
I ensure a tracking number is supplied where possible and any delayed packages are followed up quickly. So, please contact me if you are experiencing a delay with your shipment.
TIMEFRAMES:
Photo & Paper prints are shipped within 5 days of purchase.
Mounted and Canvas Prints are shipped within 5-7 days of purchase.
Shipping timeframes are out of my control but typically take 3-7 days to arrive to USA addresses.

Commercial Use - Purchase of my designs include permission for SMALL commercial use. Usage for mass manufactured products or print on demand companies such as Zazzle and CafePress is prohibited.
You CAN use designs to finish of handcrafted physical items to sell, embellishing a website or blogs and digital items for sale as only a part of your own design.

I like to remind customers that my maps are designed to be attractive pieces of art. Due to popular demand some maps can have labels and other details added. While I take great care with the accuracy, these maps are not precise scientific maps.
*No push pins are included with any order. Please contact me if you would like some tips on where to source nice pins.
*As with purchasing anything online, there may be a colour difference between your computer and the printed product due to different screen calibrations.
