I strive to be as generous as I can with my orders by offering the best prices I can afford while offering quality products and shipping your items safely for the least amount of money possible. All orders are made with love, free of charge. (:

I try to reach out is as much as possible and help those who need it most, so don't be afraid contact me if you're interested in an item you can't afford and I'll see what I can do.

Payment
If you're making a purchase, I accept only PayPal and expect payment ASAP. Please do not make an order before you have ready money.

The only exclusions to my PayPal-only policy are:
-Trades
-Contact me BEFORE you order to set up payment

If you need to cancel an order you haven't payed for, please contact me and let me know! I need to know so that I can relist the item right away. Orders without payment are confusing when working on a schedule, so it's best to just be honest! :)
Shipping
I almost always ship pendants, fabric bracelets, and mittens on the day after payment is received. These items will be packaged in a padded envelope and will be placed in ziplock baggies according to their size to avoid unwanted moisture, then wrapped in decorative tissue/fabric for a nice finish. Orders are sent through First Class USPS Mail.

Orders of chocolate cake balls and chocolate truffles will be shipped 1-3 days after payment is received. These items will be packaged in cardboard boxes, then placed inside a decorative "Chinese Carry-out"-shaped box. Chocolates are wrapped in candy foil to prevent damage. Decorative tissue paper is placed inside the decorative box as well. Packages are stuffed with recycled newspaper and shipped via USPS Priority mail.

Prints will be shipped 1-2 days after payment is received and will be placed in a protective enveloped and packaged in a bubble mailer. These are shipped via USPS First Class mail.

Refunds and Exchanges
I have a 100% return policy for any item you are dissatisfied with. You must return the item and pay the shipping fee and I will refund you for your order immediately by:
a)offering you store credit
b)refunding your money
c)shipping you a new item for free (excluding shipping cost)

Damaged items due to shipping or by my fault will be refunded by:
a) full money refund
b) a free replacement item (excluding chocolates)

Lost items or items damaged by you will not be refunded.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
