Returns and exchanges
▶ Due to we have hundreds of items in stock but limit staff, a few of items cannot be up-date immediately. If unfortunately your purchased item is out of stock, we will send email advise you to choose other stocks or get a refund straight away.

▶ All customs duty fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

▶ The postal delays, failures, thefts, losses or customs problems are uncontrollable by the seller (us), they are not the responsibility of the seller (us), thanks for your understanding.

▶ We don’t hold any responsibility for the following situation to the products:
1> Color difference
2> Size problem because the customer did not read the description carefully before order. (please pay attentions while you are purchasing)
3> Other problems which are not the fault of the seller.
4> Items have been resold as unfinished or finished products.
5> Items have left from us for 3 months.

▶ If something is damaged during transit, please contact us with a photo of the problem item. Or if there has been a mistake on our part, please contact us as well, we will be more than happy to issue a resend, credit note or refund.
(PS. Express shipping fee is nonrefundable.)

▶ We will happily accept returns for any reason, or no reason at all, as long as you follow these rules;
1> Shipping fees, insurance fees ($2.5), taxes are nonrefundable.
2> Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
3> Items to be returned or exchanged must be sent back in original condition, with the original number of items. Items must be received by us within 4 weeks of from the date your package was delivered.

We accept Paypal only.

Even if you don't have a Paypal account, you can still pay with your Credit Card through Paypal.

If you pay by paypal E-check, please allow 3-7 days for the check to clear before shipment.

Shipping
▶ All the order shipped from Hong Kong .

▶ SHIPPING DATE: usually we would ship the order during the working days (Monday to Friday)

▶ Large orders may take a little more time to proceed. But Every orders shipped within 7 working days at most.

▶ DELIVERY TIME: usually we will ship the order in 3 days. and it will take about 10-20 BUSINESS days to arrive (delivery time varies and affected by custom process & post office condition) If you don't receive within 45 days, please convo us.

▶ Express shipping, we can ship the order by express shipping ,such as EMS, DHL.. usually take 3-7 BUSINESS days to arrive. but it charge extra cost, pls contact me if you would like take express shipping!!

▶ We ship to your Etsy Address, please make sure it is accurate, or let us know right away if it isn't.

▶ All items are securely packed with bubble-wrap or hard box.

3.How to search an item from my store
Go to my store http://www.etsy.com/shop/HappyStyles , then you will see a "search" button on the top of page , type the name of the item beside, then click "search" button.

4.How to get larger quantites of items?
Every item have a unique item number in the end of title, Such as "1001", if you need 100pcs, but you only see a listing for 20pcs, pls contact us! then i can make a special listing for you. :)

5.How to get more items if i just placed an order?
you can place an new order, and then contact us about your two orders, then we will ship the two order to you together, and send a shipping refund to you. :)

6.How can i get an discount?
We would offer the newest discount on our shop Announcement !! :)
If you need more discounts,pls contact us!

7.What address you ship the order?
We ship all the order to your ETSY address, pls make sure your ETSY address is correct, if your ETSY NOT correct, we would not respond the lost package!

8.What shipping service that orders been shipped by, how long it would take?
All the package would ship by airmail from Hong Kong. it will take 10-20 business days to arrive usually, but sometime will take a little longer for customs inspection,holiday and weather! BUT some specail country such as :ITALY / Brazil / Argentina would take more than 1-2 month to arrive!!

9.what Payment method to you accept? If i don't have a paypal, How should i do?
We accept paypal only, if you don't have a paypal, pls pay the order by your credit card through payp. this is the instruction

10.How can i track my package?
Usually we post the packages by HK arimail.

11.How can get a fast shipping if i need the items urgent?
First, pls tell us your location, i will offer the cheapest express shipping to you, usually order would ship by DHL,EMS. if you placed the order already before contact me, then we can send a new shipping invoice to you. if you havn't made the order, we can make a specail listing for you include the express shipping.

12.How can i get Wholesale price?
Pls contact us, we will offer our wholesale policy to you.

13.If the package didn't arrive, How should i do ?
Usually it will take 10-20 business days to arrive, if the package didn't arrive in one month, pls contact us, We will consider resend the package or send a refund to you.

14.If some items missing at my pakcage, How should i do ?
Mistake would happen sometimes, we are human NOT Machine, so pls feel free to contact us before leave any feedback, We will do my best to resolve the problem. :)

15.About feedback?
Pls leave me all Positive feedback when you got the package. We HATE Negative feedback, for we always try to do my best to make our customer satisfy. so pls contact me before leave any Neutral and Negative feedback, we promise that would resolve the problem for you!
