Our dreams are to create your memories.

Happytown Embroidery was born from a love of crafts. From a very young age, I dove into crafts of all sorts which, eventually, led us to embroidery.

The hum of an embroidery machine is music to our ears. We know our machines like we know our children. We can sense when one of them is feeling "ill" and in need of maintenance.

Our day begins with preparing the girls (embroidery machines) for a busy day. Next, we prepare our fabrics and supplies to be used and then it all begins. A day of designing your customer order, preparing the products for the embroidery, responding to your convos, and cleaning up and preparing your order for shipping. Finally, tidying up the studio and printing and reviewing orders for the next day is where it ends.

What makes it all worthwhile? Knowing that your memories are created in our studio and to read a convo from a satisfied client is what gets us out of bed each day. Seeing your loved ones proudly displaying our products in an appreciation photo is icing on the cake!

Payment
Unless you paid a rush fee, orders are processed in the order they are received.

Major credit cards are accepted through Etsy and PayPal. To checkout with Paypal, you do not need to have a PayPal account. Please keep in mind that if you are paying via echeck with PayPal, there is a 4-5 day hold before the funds clear. Please understand that this will delay your order. I will start your order after payment has cleared.
Shipping
Orders are complete within 10 days and shipped to the buyer unless otherwise instructed. Items ship First Class via USPS. If you would like your items shipped by any other method, you are responsible for the extra fees. ***Please make sure shipping addresses are correct/updated. Although it is not common, occasionally shipments may be delayed by the the mail service, customs, etc. for reasons beyond my control. I can't be held liable for items that do not arrive to you once I drop them off for shipping. Tracking is provided with orders shipped within the US. When your item ships tracking numbers will be available via PayPal or your Etsy account.
Refunds and Exchanges

My items are custom made; therefore a NO REFUNDS policy will be strictly enforced.

Shipping: I cannot be held liable for items not delivered by the mail service. Once your item leaves my hands for shipping, it is out of my control.

Exchanges: If I make a mistake in processing your order, you will receive an exchange. This rarely happens but I am human :). Exchanges will only be honored if your order was not processed according to the order specifications. Please be sure to review your order carefully. If there is a problem with your order, I must be advised within 3 business days of receipt of your item. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt. Thank you so much for understanding.

I will only follow instructions on my Etsy invoice. Please do not leave instructions on your PayPal account. And be VERY clear with your monogrammming instructions, sizes and always double check the spelling of names!!!

Since all items are hand embellished, special attention is required for care.

I only use the best embroidery thread available. It will not fade or bleach in the wash.

For tough stains (I have three children and have used this method for years), spot treat with your favorite "spot cleaner", turn inside out, WASH IN COLD WATER ON THE HANDWASH or DELICATE CYCLE with a mild detergent (such as Dreft or Woolite), and lay flat or hang to dry. 100% cotton clothing ALWAYS gets a better result if you hang dry or lay flat to dry. If your items is embellished with bows, you can give them a "tug" to fluff after the washing cycle.

Certain ribbons do not wash well on the regular cycle or with hot or warm water. Some of my ribbon manufacturers have advised the above washing instructions to keep those little dots looking bright and brand new! Please follow the above washing instructions to keep your hand embellished items looking brand new!

I do my absolute best to keep products, fabrics, ribbons, and other embellishments in stock. However, for various reasons beyond my control, items may become discontinued. Happytown Embroidery reserves the right to replace fabrics, ribbons, and other embellishments with one of another likeness if quantities become unavailable.
