If there is anything wrong with the items, i will refund your money. If the item breaks after 30 days i will not refund your money.

CUSTOM ITEMS
I will make custom orders for you. To make sure that everything is perfect for your custom order I will send you a picture of it the second after I finish it. If it is not what you are looking I will start from scratch again. if you want i can add whatever you want to the item/charm, for example: pearls, lace, more/less clay fruit, crystals, clock movement, chains, and silk flowers.
HOLDING ITEMS
I will hold an item for you, but i will only hold it for 4 weeks after you request, but if you tell me you to hold for a certain date i will.
