hardcandy house produces super sweet, colorful and fun handmade apparel and accessories. Though our focus is on the bright and beautiful, styles and materials run a wide range. The key behind our creations is to let the imagination run wild. The two masterminds, Rin and Grimmy, believe that there are a scarce few things that are "too tacky" to be worn.

Be it a hand painted tote, clay food jewelry, or hair accessories made from recycled materials, hardcandy house believes that nothing should hold you back from wearing your heart on your sleeve--or wherever else you'd like to put it :D

Returns and exchanges
We certainly want you to be as pleased as possible with your purchase, but the business of refunds and exchanges can sometimes be tricky, so we'll try to take care of you the best we can!

Firstly, clearance items, which will be clearly marked as such, are NOT eligible for refund or exchange.

The time frame during which eligible items can be returned is within 14 of when delivery is confirmed by the postal service. This means that in order for a return or exchange to be valid, it would need to be sent back with a postage date that falls within the 14 day period.

Special sale packages or items belonging to sets may only be returned all together, as the original set.

The circumstances and conditions of each return or exchange will need to be discussed before they can be processed--we want to know precisely what happened. Any delays caused by correspondence will be taken into consideration when reviewing the 14 day time frame.

But hopefully we won't have to worry about any of this, right? :3
Payment
Though they say that everyone loves cold, hard cash, hardcandy house only accepts payments made with PayPal. This proves to be the easiest and safest way for all parties involved c:

We request that you complete payment of your order within seven [7] days of selecting an item. After seven days, we will need to relist the item. If for some reason you need longer to complete payment, please let us know, and we will be happy to work something out.
Shipping
Your treasure will be shipped within three business days of us receiving payment and will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Delivery ETAs are per USPS, but please let us know in the Message to Seller field if you require any special or expedited delivery.

Presently, any international orders and shipping will be handled on a case by case basis.
