Personal use is allowed and no credit is required as long as NO MONEY is made. Please note my original art prints, vintage restorations, and all other wall art are personal use ONLY.

Examples of personal use projects include:

*Printing artwork to give to a friend as a gift

You may not redistribute, resell, share, trade, or give away my files, even if altered and even if for personal use.

Standard License - MAXIMUM OF 100 END PRODUCTS & CREDIT REQUIRED

Clipart and digital paper sets come with a limited small business commercial use license that requires graphic credit be given to Hardt Illustrations, including a URL that links back to the Hardt Illustrations Etsy shop. The credit and link must be placed on the same page or at the same location where the product is being sold or displayed.

In order to use my graphics commercially, they must be significantly modified. SIGNIFICANT MODIFICATION means the graphic(s) must be creatively and skillfully incorporated into a unique composition and comprise less than 50% of the new design. This can be done by using my graphic(s) in conjunction with other clipart, illustrations, textures, patterns, typography, etc. to create something new.

My graphics may be used to create finished physical and digital END PRODUCTS for sale. These are products that customers can purchase to immediately enjoy such as a decoupage jewelry box or a printable greeting card. Digital designs must be flattened so that end users cannot extract my graphics from your digital design to use freely.

As previously mentioned, my graphics MAY NOT be used as is or without significant modification. They MAY NOT be used to create and sell digital design resources such as clipart, digital paper, collage sheets, scrapbooking kits, etc. or physical design resources such as paper, vinyl, fabric, textile, ribbon, etc.

One exception. You may print my graphics as is or without significant modification onto materials such as paper, vinyl, fabric, textile, ribbon, etc. only if you proceed to create a finished HANDMADE end product. Examples: paper mâché decor, party banners, customized tumblers, baby clothes, hair bows, dog collars, door wreaths, etc. These MUST be handmade.

For those who do not wish to or are unable to give credit and/or for those who wish to sell more than 100 end products, I have additional licenses available for purchase.

1. No Credit License - MAXIMUM OF 100 END PRODUCTS & NO CREDIT REQUIRED

2. Extended Quantity No Credit License - MAXIMUM OF 500 END PRODUCTS & NO CREDIT REQUIRED

3. Extended Quantity No Credit License - MAXIMUM OF 1,000 END PRODUCTS & NO CREDIT REQUIRED

Licenses are available for purchase here in my Etsy shop and can be found in the 'Extended Licenses' section. Remember, if you do not purchase additional licensing, then CREDIT IS REQUIRED as described above.

*You may not sell my graphics as is and claim as your own.
*You may not use my graphics to create and sell digital design resources such as clipart, digital paper, collage sheets, scrapbooking kits, etc.
*You may not print my graphics as is onto materials such as paper, vinyl, fabric, textile, ribbon, etc. to sell pages, sheets, yards, meters, bolts, rolls, etc.
*You may not use my graphics to create and sell layered or editable digital items.

*You may not use my graphics as is, without significant modification, to create and sell digital items.
*You may not print my graphics as is, without significant modification, onto tangible items such as shirts, mugs, posters, throw pillows, etc. for sale.
*You may not trademark any of my graphics.
*You may not publish my graphics to stock websites.

*You may not redistribute, resell, share, trade, or give away my files, even if altered and even if for personal use.
*You may not use my original art prints, vintage restorations, or other wall art for commercial purposes.
*You may not use my work in any unlawful manner.
*NO mass production, third-party sale, or wholesale.
*NO print-on-demand such as Redbubble, Zazzle, Spoonflower, etc.

Purchasing from my shop means that you, the buyer, certify that you have read the full product listing description of each listing you wish to purchase, my Etsy shop policies, and the full Terms of Use as outlined above. You certify that you understand and agree to abide by these terms.

Furthermore, you understand that by using my work you are responsible for the final products you create and will not hold me liable for any damages or losses that might arise from any business activities which relate in any way to those products.
