Frequently asked questions
How long do international orders take to arrive?
International orders are sent via the UK post office. Royal mail's official estimates are:
- Items will usually reach Europe within 3-5 working days
- And the rest of the world usually within 5-7 working days
Overseas orders do occasionally get delayed or held up through customs, and have sometimes taken 2-3 weeks or longer to arrive. Non-EU orders are classed as lost after 25 working days, so if your package hasn't arrived after that time, please send me a message!
If there's a particular date you need your order to arrive by, please get in touch and I'll do my best to accomodate you.
