My kitchen studio
Finding beauty in unexpected places
My abstract works and landscapes incorporate organic shapes, bits of letterforms, swooping lines, and looping circles. I bring in vintage textiles and textures, along with hand-quilting. I’m inspired by my time spent hiking, working as a musician, being a parent, and searching for beauty in unexpected places. I love typography, thrifting, and hunting for four-leaf clovers.
My history with Etsy began when I signed up as a buyer in 2006, and I have sold handmade and hand-lettered goods in my shop HarkIndustries and curated vintage in this shop, formerly known as HarkAtHome. I love buying and selling in this creative community.
I have a BFA in studio art with a concentration in graphic design.
