** All Engraving characters are in UPPERCASE and in one font only as per listed photo **
** Symbols include "@", "&", "!", “#”, "/", "+", "-", "_" and fullstop (We do not have symbol of comma)**
** Words limit for Luggage Tag are max 24 characters per row for 5 rows. Please arrange the engraving detail to fit the requirement **
** If your order did not include the above personalize details, it will be made without name engraving.

- We do NOT provide refund or exchange or remake for all personalized items with text engraving on (including broken, flaws, dirt or damaged products, or lost package that caused by transit)

2. Choose your preferred LEATHER color / STITCHING color from the drop-down menu.
3. Choose if you want PERSONALISATION SERVICE (with or without name embossing), and which option you prefer from the drop-down menu
4. Click "Add to Cart" button
5. At "notes to seller", please let us know the NAME / INITIAL you would like to engrave.
6. For EXPEDITED shipping, please select expedited shipping according to your location at "shipping option", and provide the expect delivery date and phone number at "notes to seller"
7. After complete the order, we will begin to make the product by hand with love.

We will ship your order by standard air shipping with Registered Service, you may require to sign at delivery. It is very important to provide your delivery address at DAY TIME and PHONE number at purchase note.

Sure, if you need your order urgently with certain date, we highly recommend sending it by UPS express for 2-3 working days, OR Speed Post delivery for 4-8 working days. Please select your most preferred Expedited shipping option (UPS or Speed Post). Or convo us for further express enquires.

After you have purchased with Express shipping option, please kindly provide the following shipping details:
- recipient name
- delivery address at day time
- phone number
- expect delivery date

We appreciate your kind understanding and patient during the wait. Indeed, we do not have ready stock for our handcrafted leather products, so your item is made-to-order from leather trimming, making, stitching and polishing, after we have received your order.

Normal order would take 2-3 weeks for production. Moreover, our production time is also based on how many pieces that we are handcrafting at the same time that your order was received. We are making your order in production schedule by making the earliest purchases. So we much appreciate your patient for the handcraft production of your item. We will notify you with tracking number once it has been shipped.

If you need your item on certain date, we suggest expedited shipping.

We do not responsible for custom fees incurred from importing goods. Any shipping charges of returns or resends are the responsibility of the customers. Also we do not responsible for any additional delivery or traffic cost for picking up the package at post office or custom. We appreciate your understanding and patience to any possibility of delay on delivery.

Please note that as a natural material, leather hides and the products I make from them can feature small marks and imperfections. I will never use weak or damaged parts of a leather hide but I do see wrinkles and slight imperfections as character and personality, not faults.
