If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to remedy the situation. We strive to provide each and every customer with the type of customer service we expect as consumers.

Payment
Payment via PayPal is expected within 48 hours of your purchase. If you are unable to do this, or if you will be paying by another method, please Convo me to keep me in the loop. I am happy to work with you - but I can only do that if you communicate with me.

PayPal is our preferred method of payment. We will accept both checks and money orders, but please understand that your purchase will not ship until we are in receipt of payment and, in the case of checks, until your payment has cleared our bank. All products are ready to ship at the time of listing - your purchase will ship as soon as humanly possible once we are in receipt of your cleared payment.
Shipping
My preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail. Unless otherwise indicated, your package will ship USPS First Class Mail for smaller, lighter items and Priority Mail for heavier items.

I can fit an amazing number of items in flat rate envelopes and boxes. As a consumer, I do not like paying for shipping, so as a vendor, I will do my very best to maximize your shipping dollars. If I can fit multiple items into a flat rate envelope, I will refund the difference in shipping if you have overpaid for that shipping service.

Priority Mail packages will come with delivery confirmation at no additional charge. If you require faster shipping, or if your box is heavy and priority mail is not the best option for delivery, I am open to suggestions an other option to maximize your shipping dollars.

I do not require that you insure your package, however, I will be happy to add insurance to your package for an additional charge. Should you choose not to insure your package, I cannot be responsible for the contents once they leave my hands. I do my best to pack with care and extra padding, but I cannot control the occasional 800 pound gorilla that the USPS lets loose in the back room.
Refunds and Exchanges
Given the personal care nature of many of our products, all sales, with the following exception, are final. In the event you receive the wrong product, wrong sized product or a product is defective, please let us know right away and we will absolutely correct the situation. Please do not return the product to us unless directed to do so. In many cases, it is simply more cost effective and time saving to send out the correction than to have you return the incorrect item.
Additional policies and FAQs
As the parents of child with Autism as well as severe Sensory Processing Dysfunction and numerous other health issues, we have purchased our son many very expensive therapy and therapeutic products over the years only to have them hold his interest for a short period of time. It seems like the most costly products have always had the shortest lifespan. Given our experiences, we have done our best to keep our prices significantly lower than the catalogues geared toward individuals with special needs.

We are happy to discuss bulk pricing as well as wholesaling for our products. We are also more than happy to work with you to create custom products to meet your individual needs. These custom products can come in the form of custom scents, fabric patterns, sizes, etc. If we are able to accommodate your request, we are more than happy to do so.
