I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your painting, I will gladly issue a refund once the item is received in its original condition.
Payment
I currently accept Paypal. When paying with Paypal, please pay at the time of purchase. If you have any problems with checkout, please let me know and I'll be happy to help you!
Shipping
Within the US, I ship all originals First Class mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation. Delivery Confirmation is not available for packages outside of the USA. If you are purchasing from outside the USA and would like insurance on your package, please let me know!

For larger scale paintings, the shipping price includes a handling fee, because packaging a large painting can often take up to two hours. This ensures that your painting will arrive safely!

I do my best to calculate shipping charges accurately. If it turns out that shipping is less than I have calculated, I will happily refund you any overcharges $1.00 or greater.

I LOVE doing commissions and custom work! Prices vary depending on size and complexity of the subject matter. Please convo me for more information!

Please note that I do my best to accurately depict the colors of each painting, however the colors may vary from monitor to monitor. If you are unsure about a painting, or if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! I am always happy to send additional photos or additional information about any of my pieces! Thanks!
