The Heart Behind HartDesignCo

Welcome to HartDesignCo! My name is Andee and I am the founder and creator. Genesis 1 says that we are made in the image of our Creator, so it makes sense that I have always loved creating! This shop was born out of my desire to use my gifts and passion to serve the Ultimate Creator.

HartDesignCo was inspired by two different women in my life who were both in a season of pursuing adoption. While I have not adopted myself, I saw through them the fierce love, unbridled joy, and heart wrenching pain in the loss and waiting that adoption can bring. These two women pursued God's calling of adoption because we are all adopted by Him through Jesus Christ...

Ephesians 1:5 God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure.

As the story continues, I created a few pieces to be sold in an auction to help raise money for their families’ adoption expenses. We had overwhelmingly positive feedback and requests, so therefore HartDesignCo was launched!

All of the pieces are designed and handlettered by me. They are carefully crafted and prayed over that they will be a blessing to your home and also to the families who are being helped by your purchase.

All shipping within the US is free. International shipping is calculated based on country when checking out.

Please note that all items are drop shipped from a print on demand provider. Therefore, items may be shipped separately with different tracking numbers, and arrive on different dates.

Why HartDesignCo? What makes your shop unique?

While we love creating here at HartDesignCo, our mission is to raise funds for families pursuing adoption. All of our profit goes to directly to these pre-approved families to aid in the rising costs of both domestic and international adoption.

Custom and personalized orders

We specialize in custom orders! Please email me at andee@hartdesignco.com or click the "custom order" button on the Etsy shop to inquire. I will work with you to create a piece unique for you. I do require payment before beginning any custom project.

Care instructions

All of our pieces are finished with a lacquer. The serving trays are also coated with a triple thick shellac to prevent any water or heat damage. All serving trays must be handwashed using a lightly wet rag. We do not recommend submerging your piece in water or cleaning it in the dishwasher. This will ruin your beautifully designed wooden piece.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of our designs come wrapped in bubble wrap (for shipping protection) and packing paper, accented with a twine ribbon and a customer HartDesignCo sticker. Most customers utilize this as their gift wrapping and it is complimentary.
