Greetings and Welcome to harvestorm creations!

What and/or who exactly is *harvestorm* you ask? The word *harvestorm* is a neologism I created from a combination of two of my favorite elements of nature: the harvest season and thunderstorms. As for the ‘who’ part of that question ... simply stated, *harvestorm* is me!

Returns and exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will issue you a full refund, less the cost of shipping and insurance (if applicable). I do ask that you please contact me first before returning any items as all items must be postmarked within seven days from original receipt.

Please note that all items must be returned in original condition and that you are responsible for any/all return shipping expenses. Once I have received and inspected the item(s), a refund will be issued in the same manner that the original payment was received.

Refunds are not available for items damaged during shipment nor are they available in instances of postal error (i.e. delivery to wrong address by the Postal Service) or late arrival. Unfortunately, I have no control over how quickly (or slowly) the mail moves.

Again, if you wish to purchase shipping insurance for your package, please let me know ahead of time.
I accept payment via PayPal, Personal Check and Money Order. Note that you can use a credit card to submit payment via PayPal even if you do not have an existing PayPal account.

If paying by PayPal, I would appreciate payment within three days of purchase. If you need more time, please convo me and we may be able to work something out together.

Etsy policy allows for seven days in which a Money Order or Personal Check must arrive for a transaction to be fulfilled. I do understand that the mail system can be slow at times, so if you are sending a money order or personal check please let me know when you send it out.

Any payments not received in full within seven days and without any communication will result in the cancellation of the order and the immediate re-listing of all items included.
I usually ship within two business days of receiving cleared payment. No orders are shipped until cleared payment is received (that is, after the funds have been deposited into my account).

I ship primarily via USPS. I use First Class Mail for the shipping of my ACEOs and other small items and Priority Mail for the larger items in my shop.

Please be aware that if you request shipping outside of the United States there may be additional duties or customs fees applied to your order. Any duties or customs fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Once a package is out of my hands and in the hands of the Postal Service, I cannot be held responsible for what may happen to it. This includes any lost or damaged packages. If you wish to purchase Shipping Insurance for your package, just let me know and appropriate arrangements will be made.

With so many amazing and wonderful products on Etsy and so few dollars to go around, harvestorm creations is happy to be a Trade Friendly Shop. What does that mean? Well, if you are an Etsy shop owner and see something here that you like, just convo me for a fair and equitable trade arrangement. Simple as that! :-)

Custom Orders

I require a fifty-percent deposit to be paid up front on all Custom Orders. Cleared payment of the remaining balance must be received in full before any order is shipped. Please note that there are no refunds of any kind available on deposits placed on custom orders.


Feedback is an essential to the building of the best Etsy community possible. In other words, your feedback matters! If, for any reason, you feel that there is an issue that warrants leaving anything less than positive feedback about your Etsy transaction, please (please, please) contact me first. Only through communication from you can I hope to address any issues and be given the opportunity the rectify any less than perfect experiences.

I do kindly ask that all item descriptions be read in full and understood before purchase. Please feel free to email or convo me with any specific questions you may have about any of my items. I am always more than happy to help as customer service and total buyer satisfaction are extremely important to me.
