Welcome to my shop! I hope you enjoy what you find. If you are viewing this page, I hope it means that you'd like to purchase something. My policies are pretty basic since I am just starting out.

Returns and exchanges
If your item is damaged in shipping, please send it back to me in the condition it arrived and I will do what I can to repair the piece. If I cannot repair it, I will offer a refund or an exchange. My art pieces are one of a kind, so my refund and exchange policy matches. If items are lost by the shipping service, I will refund your purchase when I have received a payment from the shipper's insurance.
Payment
I accept check, money order, and PayPal. My preference is for PayPal - I think this is easiest for both myself and my customer. If you chose to send me a check or money order, please do so within a week of making your purchase and let me know that you have sent it so that I can keep an eye out. Once I've received it I will let you know and when it has been successfully deposited in my account, I will also let you know (and send you your merchandise!). This can take up to 7 days after I receive your check or money order in the mail.
Shipping
I like to make use of packing and shipping materials that I have lying around. If I suspect that I won't have appropriate packaging available, I've included the purchase of packaging in the cost of shipping. I prefer to ship by USPS, but will ship via UPS if specially requested. I found that USPS is very reliable, despite what many think, and UPS costs much more. I will insure all packages for the cost of the item. If you want extra insurance, I am happy to discuss. If you want to schedule a pick up or delivery instead of shipment (DC metro area only, please), drop me a line.
