Payment
Depending on how full my calendar is, payment (usually echeck is the only one I see this with) must have cleared before I will ship.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not provide refunds. HOWEVER! I do provide exchanges! Anything wrong with the hat, contact me - if it's my issue, I'll email return postage to you. If it's a mistake you made, I won't send you return postage, but I don't normally charge you to ship it back ;-). I've never had issues with international sales, though, so I don't want to say NEVER!!
Additional policies and FAQs
I will guarantee hats as long as it is cared for as instructed. Hand washing and lying flat to dry is required. I do use hot glue to set accents and tuck ends. You DO NOT want this stuff in your dryer.

HOWEVER! I have lately been "researching" washing in cool in the washer (NEVER ever hot), then drying on a non heat setting. My biggest concern with the machines was obviously the hot glue, but also the "fuzzing". In my "research," I found that taking a regular disposable razor and shaving your item brings it back to that new look!
