Please inspect your harnesses and collars regularly for wear. They are made with your pet's safety in mind, but we can not accept responsibility for loss or injury to your pet by improper use of our items. By purchasing from us you agree to these terms. I buy high quality collar hardware from well respected manufacturers but can not be responsible for malfunction of said hardware.

We accept Paypal only at this time. I will accept checks or money orders from established clients. You do NOT have to have a Paypal account to purchase. You can pay with any credit card or e-check.

I ship 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.
Shipping within the US can take anywhere from 3-10 days (for diapers) to 28 days for clothing and large orders. Diapers are shipped FAST and take precedence over all other orders.
Processing times for clothing:
1-2 custom clothing items/2-3 weeks to ship
3-4 custom clothing items/3-4 weeks to ship
5 or more items orders, 4-5 weeks to ship

Processing times for diapers:
1-2 diapers, 3-7 days
3-6 diapers, 5-7 days
7+ diapers 7-10 days

Our low shipping cost reflect that we use USPS First Class mail. If you would like expedited shipping we offer Priority mail for an additional fee. Please ask before ordering. Anything over $100 is automatically shipped Priority within the US only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING! Spoiled Bratzwear is now available worldwide! Items are shipped first class mail which has NO TRACKING. If you would like tracking or insurance, YOU MUST PAY EXTRA FOR IT! We will not be responsible for lost packages outside of the US. Please ask me. I will NOT ship to Brazil.

Please don't copy my designs or ask another petwear designer to do so. Sadly, one of the vulnerabilities for small designers selling on Etsy is that unscrupulous individuals with no imagination of their own try to mimic your success by plagiarizing your designs and even photo styling. This is something I have defended in the past and will continue to do so. For over 5 years I have put all my energies into this business and I am fiercely protective and proud of my hard-earned success.
